ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a campaign with HostingClicks, the advertiser and/or agency signifies that it has read, understood and agreed to the following terms of service:

1. Terms of Payment
HostingClicks exclusively operates on a prepayment basis. As such, an advertiser cannot request that a campaign commence until payment has been received in full and processed. In most cases, payments are processed and accounts established within 48 hours where the advertiser and/or agency opts to deliver payment online via PayPal or credit card. Check payments, while accepted, may result in a campaign's launch date being delayed until such time as the payment is received by HostingClicks. Premature campaign cancellations by the advertiser may only be made by giving HostingClicks at least 48 hours advance notice via email, and refunds - if requested - shall be made only on a pro-rata basis, minus any service fees that we are charged by our merchant account provider.

2. Campaign Booking
Orders must be placed at least two working days in advance of a campaign's scheduled launch date. HostingClicks shall make every effort to establish, plan and launch a campaign by the planned launch date, but shall be held responsible in those cases where delayed in creative delivery or correspondence have hindered said process. Orders may be booked no longer than 30 days in advance of launch, and payment must be delivered and received in full prior to a campaign being established or launched.

3. Restrictions
HostingClicks reserves the right to refuse any advertising request or to cancel the campaigns that do not fulfill the obligations set in these terms or our other policies. Reasons for a campaign's exclusion may include, but is not limited to, such factors as an creative format being unsupported or creatives containing messages considered inappropriate for our audience. Note that we do not support creatives that contain sexually-explicit material, hate material, which encourage illegal activity or which interfere with the user's surfing experience by launching unapproved popups, download prompts or similar. Additionally, campaigns may be suspended in cases where an advertiser has substituted or modified creatives without first seeking approval to do so. Note also that publishers of the HostingClicks network have the ability to opt-out of campaigns they find objectionable and/or unrewarding.

4. Advertising Policy / Disclaimer
The advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold iOnline Pty Ltd (HostingClicks' parent company) harmless from and any and all claims or suits based upon any aspect of theme, subject, or premise of the advertisement. This is true for all types of advertising accepted by HostingClicks.
