PUBLISHER TERMS & CONDITIONS     By applying for ad representation by HostingClicks, the publisher signifies that it has read, understood and agreed to the following terms of service: 1. Terms of Payment Payments to publishers are made on a NET 30 basis, via PayPal, to those publishers whose accrued balance exceeded $50 following our monthly audit. That is, if one's account reports $70 in net earnings during June and that balance is held steady following our sudit of traffic quality (which is designed primarily to weed out fradulent and robot-based activity, in addition to activity caused by search engine spiders and similar non-human elements), the publisher will be paid via PayPal by the end of July. HostingClicks reserves the right to suspend a publisher's payment pending investigation if our audit or other checks reveal activity or placement that contravenes our terms. 2. Placement Unless otherwise advised in writing, publishers must place all creatives in an above-the-fold position (visible on a 800x600 pixel browser display without scrolling). Only one case of each creative size may appear on a single page (ie, while it's fine to place our banner, popunder and skyscraper code on a single page, publishers may host a maximum of one banner, one skyscraper and one pop per page). Our ad code may only be placed on domains that have been explicitly approved by our review staff, and may appear only on those pages that are composed entirely in English. 3. Content Restrictions In order for a site to be eligible for representation by HostingClicks, it must be aimed directly at webmasters and/or other IT professionals, and must source at least 50% of its traffic from the United States. Placement of our creatives is restricted to those pages over which the publisher has total control over the content (ie, forum pages, chat rooms and similar are prohibited without prior permission). Eligible pages must be written entirely in English, must be accessible by all visitors (ie, pages located behind password-protection are prohibited without prior permission). Pages containing hate material, adult-oriented content or links, encouragement of illegal activity, material considered illegal under the laws of the United States and material that is in breach of intellectual property legislation and laws is prohibited. 4. Publisher Eligibility At present, we are able to provide service only to web publishers located within the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan and New Zealand (with Australian support coming soon). The publisher must be over 18 years of age. 5. Traffic Monitoring We employ multiple systems (both manual and automated) of defense against abuse. Placing our ads in email publications, newsgroups, within unapproved domain space or on pages that don't conform to the above terms may result in one's account being cancelled and all unpaid earnings forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel accounts in cases of abuse without issuing warnings. Additionally, publishers may not click on their own ads, use any automated device or similar means to artificially-inflate their traffic statistics or incentivize clicks in any way. Publisher may not launch an exit console when a user clicks on any of our banner/skyscraper creatives, and may not place our ad code on pages that are themselves used as popup windows. Publisher may not resell our ads to third-parties. 6. Publisher Policy / Disclaimer The publisher will indemnify and hold iOnline Pty Ltd (HostingClicks' parent company) harmless from and any and all claims or suits based upon any aspect of theme, subject, or premise of the advertisement. This is true for all types of advertising accepted by HostingClicks. The publisher shall also hold iOnline Pty Ltd harmless from any and all losses arising from technical conflicts or issues caused by our ad management system should such issues arise.
